"Yelp for people" is a big waste of time. Who wants to waste their time reading what other people think about themselves. Most of the time people are wrong anyway. This sounds like a gossip channel. There's a saying "Unsuccessful people talk about people, successful people talk about ideas." Use your business idea to help make someone's life better, not a public board for people to talk...
