I was excited to try this out, but the UI looks and feels very much like a web app, not native. Sadly that's a turn-off for me. :(

Disappointed the free version doesn't support real email, only proprietary services like Gmail, Office 365, and iCloud. You'd think IMAP/SMTP would be the default, and specialty services would be the exception! :)

Is there a software update for existing Sense users? I love mine, but I don't think I'd upgrade the hardware for this feature.

I had the original version of this product, the Here Active Listening earbuds. They were really fantastic the first couple times I used them, and then they lost all reliability. They'd not connect to the phone, the sound would die completely, or have weird static. That said, I did pre-order the Here Ones a while ago as an existing customer, and I hope the reliability is a bit better this...

I'm going to finally give this a shot. I went from multiple EC2 instances running my nodejs service to Heroku with a couple dynos, and continuing to look for ways to cut costs and overhead. Moving it to Lambda has been on my wishlist, but just seemed like too much work to get working correctly. Maybe Serverless is the solution!

Are you thinking about adding tvOS app support in the future?

Would you ever think about shipping a native (iOS, Android) live chat SDK? I've found the number of companies supporting that is quite low compared to how prevalent mobile use is.

Vox is my favorite OS X audio player, it's really a fantastic product. I love that they're focusing on radio. Internet radio really brings a human touch to an industry that's been overrun with algorithms corporate playlists. There's still a place for people who really, really love music to share that with people in a communal way.
