With Shakeout, anybody can post photos freely.
However, the caveat is that posts that aren't cool or hip will automatically be deleted by the system's own algorithm. There is no "like", "comment" or "follow" in this app.

My name is Fukuoka, I'm from Japan and I am the creator of Shakeout.
I have done some side projects while working as a businessman.
Because my lack of knowledge in programming I made this app by outsourcing. Shakeout is still a work in progress, so I would really appreciate your feedback if you have any!
Since I do not have a huge budget, this will be an Android-only...
