🖐 After 15 years as a developer / designer in different technologies (Java, PHP, Javascript), I made the choice to take the path of management and coaching. 👨‍💻 My management is benevolent: not because it is fashionable, but because I am by nature. Taking care does not prevent me from being demanding and developing the potential of my teams. I opt for participative agile methods, to define the best mode of operation according to the team. 🧪 My motto: "Code, Test, Try, Fail, Hack, Learn", I like to experiment, even if I'm wrong 😎
