Do you use coding assistants?
Hi everyone. If you code, do you use any coding assistants like Copilot, and what do they mainly help with?
There is some recent study that they might be helpful to speed up and enjoy coding, but what kinds of things are actually those where assistants help you most?

A couple which are probably most useful:
1. "The space between the stimulus and the response." (from the well known book). If something triggers you, you always have the choice to react or to calm down and respond. Second is better in the vast majority of the situations.
2. To communicate, you need to find a meaningful common ground, which both parties share.
What life hacks help you to solve difficult situations when communicating with people?
