100% me, and I think it's natural for founders to feel that way (if you're serious on your product). I have this kind of feeling where I continuously 'kept on thinking' of how my product would be in the future, how my team could reach its highest potential, and how our product development cycles complies to our timeline, like DAY n NIGHT. If not, I'll feel demotivated in some way :/

Idk if this sounds mainstream but whimsical! You can make idea dumps & flows & wireframes of your idea as 'an-anybody-career-person' :)

Internet & every daily electronic gadgets, like phone & laptop :D

List them out as well as their deadlines/(priority), then make your to-do lists each and every day, so that deadlines met well :)

Building in public! Sharing what we build, asking for their inputs/comments. Also maximizing interactions. I believe involving users on our product dev and keep talking w them each n everyday will make them feel 'I'm so much taken into account by [insert company name]'.

Improving my fast-thinking skill (idk if that's a skill but I do feel it's important for us to have when unexpected situation shows up and it requires us to 'react' shortly after that moment).

Love how this sounds, like it somehow 'tests' our agility in time xD. I usually re-evaluate this new task coming, like how urgent is that. After knowing the answer, I start to re-prioritize my task, whether to put it somewhere today (basically substituting tasks if it's that urgent) or putting few days ahead (if it's not that urgent)
