For me is to celebrate the week’s accomplishments. Taking a moment to recognize what I’ve achieved during the week, no matter how small.

Engaging in discussion comments actively. I have tried to post discussions but they didn’t appear on the page, so I just reply to people’s discussions. 😂

I take about 20 minutes everyday to practice mindfulness. Incorporating meditation into my routine helps alleviate stress and clear my mind, making me feel more refreshed and energized.

I once spent about two hours creating a birthday poem for my friend. The process was meaningful but quite challenging and time consuming. This tool seems fascinating and I’ll try to use it on another friend’s birthday.

I once heard a news story about a girl who tattooed her late grandmother’s sound wave on her body, allowing everyone to hear her grandmother ‘s voice. I think this is a very meaningful and warm gesture. All the best for your launch! It’s a awesome concept.

Encouraging open communication and promoting an environment where team members feel comfortable expressing concerns.

I often organize some activities such as dinners and outings with them to make us stay connected.

Sometimes I would repurpose content, such as breaking down long-form content into smaller, shareable pieces.

For me, I would break the problem into smaller parts. Focusing on one aspect of the task at a time can avoid feeling overwhelmed.

I have four main goals for Q1: - Read over 5 books - start my new tasks about App marketing successfully - Get up early and make good use of morning time to exercise myself - complete the intermediate stage of Japanese learning Hope I can achieve these goals by the end of March successfully!
