I really wonder how everybody is looking at this? I see more and more developers on X, for example, working on their personal branding by developing in public. With that, I mean sharing their work and tips and tricks. And is building a personal brand better than cold outreach for BD?

As an EU born and I know that the EU has a serious focus on regulation EVERYTHING: Regulations are key, but maybe focus less on restrictions and more on: 1. Building bridges: Collaborate with the US for earlier access. 2. Supporting our own AI: Invest in the EU AI ecosystem to compete.

I like giving a time frame upfront and cutting short once I realize it's a ''non-starter'' what also helps is to have a voice-only meeting.
