I've been using it today, and it looks promising so far. The feature that I miss the most is shortcuts. This is a tool for power users, so I can imagine I'm not the only one. In my opinion, the most natural shortcuts would be (in Mac): Command+ to switch accounts (same as Slack) and Control+ to switch Mail/Calendar/Docs (same as Chrome).

As an old-time user of the Hooks app (https://www.producthunt.com/tech/hooks-for-ios), I'm excited about this. I'm thinking I'm gonna tell this bot to keep me up to date on the alerts that I care the most about, while keeping all the others (I have more than I'm willing to admit!) in the app.

I've had Omar curating news about this new trend privately over Slack for a few weeks, it's great that now many more people can benefit from this :). It's exciting to see that we may be witnessing the first steps of a very big industry. Chat bots are not exactly new, but we now have the technology to make them really useful.
