It's interesting and promising to see lots of founders talk to their customers regularly as a UX designer!
One thing I would like to add here is - knowing what feedback to work on right now will help you improve your products.
Understanding the severity and distinguishing what customers say vs. what they do are crucial factors in turning your insights into actionable tasks.

I would say other than market research, user research is also important!
Start with friends & family you think might be your target users and have a short interview or survey with them.
