Stating the obvious: Canva and Figma are lifesavers when it comes to content creation.
When I worked with big brands like Nike and HP, Sprinklr was one of my favourite tools. For analytics,
I think every social media team needs to actively use Google Analytics and not rely on web or analytics (or other teams) to provide insights and reports etc.

- Pick your battles (like, seriously, don't sweat the small things)
- Learn coding, even as a non-techie
- Don't complicate things. Simple ideas isn't equal to basic/bad

I've been thinking a lot about this whole "we are a family" thing, and my advice would be to avoid promoting a "family culture" at all costs. Using a family narrative to make team members feel guilty about certain things can be quite harmful, and unfortunately, many startups have used it to foster unhealthy (and unethical) work cultures.
