About
I dropped out of a PhD in physics to build something... My PhD was focused on computational / theoretical astrophysics, where I was building computer simulations of the Universe to discover new things about the real Universe. It was during my post-grad physics studies when I realized the dire need for more advanced encryption standards that could protect our data against powerful quantum computers. I found those new standards in quantum-safe cryptography (post-quantum cryptography). I'm now on a mission to upgrade the encryption standards of the internet before the threat of quantum computers is realized. The first step of this mission has been taken in the form of a quantum-safe VPN: QAL VPN, which is now available and the first consumer quantum-safe VPN in the world.
