Love it for creative processes but also what it does for the team: enabling collaboration in a very structured and productive way
Pros: Great results, enables team to collaborate in a good way
Cons: It works better if you do more sprints (not really a con argument ;-))

We love this book! Adapted the method for the production of our interactive multimedia stories at oolipo and it works great. Besides that, we'll also use quick sprints for team processes. Highly recommended!
