I have been a pre-founding stage member several times. I have strongly asked my CEO to have off at least on Sunday. They could work hard for a few weeks but not for the whole time. Founder's biggest role is making a decision. Taking off itself is actually time for organizing thoughts and save up energy.

I use multiples things. I really love to write a diary with a pen. Just problem is that it is not well organized and not easy to search. For organizing and searching, I currently use notion. It is bit heavy for note taking but really good for organize my thoughts and etc. I also use keep from google for quick note-taking. For cleaning my thoughts, Writing blog is very helpful for me

What I learn from my team's failure and seeing other teams' failures, Prediction is usually harmful. The optimistic prediction would lead - to burn finance quicker and weaken the flexibility of the business environment changes. - try not to focus on building MVP and testing. and etc

I believe robots like Tesla bot would have the biggest impact. Because It will replace humans in dangerous jobs or repeating physical tasks. And It will boost AI industry even faster. It probably not happened immediately. People will definitely have more time for their own. I believe there will be more opportunities in the future of business.

As an engineer, I think launching as early as possible is better to build a better product. The requirements could be changed by customer feedback. When a product has a lot of features, sometimes changing core requirements would take more than developing from the bottom. Also if a team keeps a product with internal tests, It could incubate more bugs as real users act unexpectedly. Probably...
