This makes me think of a simple Airbnb feature which I really love as a host; when folks ask me questions in their messenger whose answers are in my check-in instructions (e.g. "what is the code" or "how do I get in") this bot automatically sends a link to the check in instructions with no action from me. Has definitely saved me from being inattentive and having unhappy guests just because they...
