Can be used for more than just product roadmapping (ie. internal process, onboarding, etc.) Pros: Clean, simple interface. Ability to easily customize labels and tags. Multiple views into same data. Cons: Easy to create duplicate entries.

I like that it forces people to care about their writing more and be thoughtful of what text they include in comments etc., Pros: Promotes transparency among team and visibility between cross-functional teams. Great for collaboration. Cons: Can sometimes get too noisy in Slack

Would also be helpful to be able to follow tickets in Jira from Slack. If you are a cross-functional team member and aren't familiar with ticketing systems and details, amount of information can be overwhelming at first. Pros: Transparency for teams and visibility for cross-functional groups. Cons: Can sometimes get noisy in Slack.

We find dashboards of live account feeds provide a quick and helpful visual. Suite of reports is comprehensive enough for our small company needs. Setup was easy with simple and clear workflows. Xero helps us report in US (we're a Canadian company). Self-service is solid, and allows for easy collaboration with other leaders. Role based access control meets our security requirements.
