Looks like a great product! While using my current communication tool for my team, I have definitely found it to be cumbersome to speak to outside vendors/collaborators. I will definitely try it! Does it offer integration with other communication tools/products?

I 'm just curious - I read that your agent team is 24/7, do you house all of them out of Colorado in your main office, or do you outsource them to other countries in different time zones? Also, I travel a lot frequently to a lot of different countries internationally, do you have partnerships with overseas airlines too?...
