For me, there are usually four steps: 1. Record it immediately: I typically jot it down in Apple Notes, either using voice or text. 2. Sleep on it: let the idea settle overnight. 3. Reassess in the morning: If it still seems like a great idea, I'll discuss it with trusted friends. 4. Take action or prioritize: Either put it into practice or add it to my to-do list.
