It's really tough specially with the working from home thing. I have to set an alarm and consciously make the decision to get away from my computer. It might sound silly by dressing up before I start working (even though I'm at home) helped me train my brain :P Working in your pyjamas was fun at first but it soon became an issue.

for productivity, I would choose something without lyrics. Some Jazz maybe so there is less distraction. For motivation, I prefer Hip Hop, EDM, or Rock music

I was very skeptic when a friend of mine recommended Figma (few years back) saying "it just runs in your browser". I thought It can never replace a desktop application in terms of performance and usability. I tried it once. The rest is history (sorry I uninstalled you sketch, :/ nothing personal)

MockFlow is a good free alternative. Best ones are usually paid though.

I was exited about how the presentation itself. I was geeking out on how clean the slides looked. How carefully they choose their examples. The tone of voice, Jargon, colour choices, etc.

in my opinion, some of the bad but popular ones are: WhatsApp’s delete message feature, (the way it repeatedly shows "you deleted a message", number of times) Netflix hover auto-play. I don't know about you but it annoys me every single time :D. Having to charge the apple mouse upside down, Those Super long dropdowns, sneaking in ads or using click-baits are also mentionable. User experience...
