I will admit: I didn't really believe that a "gadget" would resolve issues with sleeping, but I'd read so many good things about this technology. It looks comfortable, stunningly accurate, and most importantly, effective. Pros: Comfortable, Accurate and Effective Cons: Have a few tiny gripes about the app itself but I'm sure there are updates coming for it.
