👋 I am a software engineer with 15 years of experience at companies including Palantir, SingleStore, Meta, Bridgewater, and very small startups. During my career, I have been both an individual contributor and manager. As a manager, I have founded teams, interviewed over 500 candidates, and have hired over 50 engineers. Some of my engineers have gone to found their own companies, raising tens of millions of dollars, or to become partners at well-known venture capital firms. I have always had a passion for hiring & recruiting and am building a platform that enables me to share my knowledge & expertise with others.
