Since we are an embeddable workflow builder designed for our client's customers (external use), it introduces different challenges with user experience and security. But we're pretty excited about the potential. We'll likely do a PH launch once we've refined the approach.

Congrats on #1! Adding workflow automation capabilities would let your customers build their own custom integrations and automated flows.

The migration angle is key - SMBs often get stuck with legacy setups due to integration dependencies. Would be interested to hear about your migration path strategy and how you handle common integrations (payment processors, CRM, analytics etc).
