User for about 6 months, it's a really great product when it works. Three times I've had issues on a Friday evening / Saturday and there is (was?) No weekend technical support, so my issues wouldn't get resolved til Monday, meaning a few weekends I wasn't able to play games at all.Twice my shadow has been unfixable, all I did was play games on it, forcing them to reset my device so that I lost...
