Can you list the skills that you need for your role?
A while ago, my co-founder asked me to list the most relevant skills (behavioral, functional and technical) that a 1) CEO should have, 2) in a tech business, 3) in the HR space, 4) with 5 -10 years' experience.
He was referring to me, and really driving home a point.
