I've been on LinkedIn for a decade now and while it's great, I've recently discovered how much more community driven Twitter is. Because of the way the algorithm works, you'll find yourself surrounded by a community within no time and it leads to much stronger relationships.

Exactly this is crucial. I am biased, but I would say partnering with a good agency to help find talent is essential. You massively expand your reach, meaning you'll get, on average, much more talented individuals.
