From its suite of real productivity tooling, which is paramount in the heat of an outage, all the way down to the language throughout the product focused on people, learning, and connections, Jeli is helping us improve our incident response even as an organization several years into a deliberate incident response journey.
I'm curious how the Jeli team uses Jeli at Jeli! Any fun stories to share?

Hey PH!
Over the last several years I've focused on creating modular code shared across our organization's platform, maintaining a few dozen Python and JavaScript packages. I've also come to love the open source community—though I don't contribute nearly as often as I'd like—and thinking about ways to solve some the issues project maintainers face in their day-to-day work.

Hey PH!
A number of friends and colleagues over the last several years have asked me how best to get into programming after a stint in another field, and what things they should know to be successful. Flamboygen is one of the most delightful, maddening, addicting mobile games I've gotten my hands on. I'm digging the eye-catching graphics, easy controls, sweet soundtrack, and of course smashing and exploding robots. You should get it right now!

PyCharm is an absolute godsend for me. I started using the community edition in my personal work and eventually loved it enough to buy the professional edition for things like Django and Python profiler support. We now use it at my office for all our Python work as well. JetBrains really outdid themselves on a consistent, sane interface that delivers just the right information at just the right...

KeePassX is one of the first applications I install on any new Mac. I can store my vault in the cloud and access it from anywhere. KeePassX incorporates many of the features of password managers like LastPass and 1Password but organizes information in a more intuitive way for my needs. It has a thorough audit trail and great customizability. I couldn't function without this tool!
