Thanks all for sharing your wonderful pieces of advise π
Here are some things that I'd tell my younger self:
1/ Start building a personal brand - today.
2/ Spend less time learning, more time doing. Dare to be naive and optimistic.
3/ Shut out your ego.
4/ Read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
5/ Actively improve your communication - comms are everywhere.

I've been looking for a good one that covers all bases. So far, I really love raindrop.io - only feature I am missing is taking notes. Otherwise, I like it (and pay for it) because:
* It's cross device
* It has a decent search
* It has tags AND categories to organize stuff
* The UX is very well thought through
* The chrome extension is very usable
As per their roadmap, Raindrop is working on...

Great question! To answer the question straight first: mine were ranging form a few hours to maybe 3 weeks. I think there is a lot of grey area here as to what MVP means.
The core idea of an MVP is after all to learn something - and to do so fast. Hence, it does not need to be a working product, but it can be a...
* landing page
* UI sketch / click prototype
* no-code / code working...
Max spent time for MVP?

Suggesting a few pointers before going into building something. I know building is nice and fun, but it's important to cover your base before you invest a lot of time in building the wrong thing.
How many customers on both sides of this marketplace have you talked to? How many therapists, how many potential clients? If the answer is below say 10 to 15 on either side, you may wanna spend more...

For startups, setup is a one time pain that usually requires a lot of custom steps bc every product has their specialities. Maintenance has not been a problem in my exp. π
I cannot say for corporations.
Out of curiosity: Are setup and maintenance of your development environment a major pain?

Hey Ervinn, congrats to your progress so far! π
In my experience, the biggest problem is that most people you'll meet/reach are either (1) not willing to found a startup or that (2) it's the wrong timing for them. Your co-founder search will be a lot more effective if you start somewhere where those two criteria are (mostly) fulfilled.
If you have some entrepreneurial friends you'd be...

Good question!
There are a few reasons why I believe they will co-exist for the foreseeable time:
1) Friction to create videos is higher: It's often a lot more effort to make a video than to write an article and content velocity is key for a lot of creators.
2) Text consumption is more flexible and faster: You can scan the content fast, scour for keywords, ctrl-f the content. Videos are mostly...

I'm guessing from the perspective of a newsletter writer? I'm not a writer, but I am talking to many of them lately π Here are some things that fall short:
* Options for integrations / api access - many creators chain together different tools (eg. community). Substack is completely closed.
* Better analytics - the analytics of Substack are fairly mediocre and only help with surface-level...
