Yeah of course we do. This is a very long topic of discussion for me personally but I think that once we stop physically handling money, it becomes more of an abstract concept. Meaning that it's easier to spend more, we wouldn't care if something is only £3-5 more expensive online. Whereas, I really don't have this mentality when it comes to physical currency 💵

Well the best practice for usability testing is to do it one-to-one. However, if you want to run a focus group: 1. 🤼 Make sure that there's a group discussion. 2. 🛳 Bring all the devices you want people to test. 3. 🤠 Do the tests yourself before hand. Especially on number 3. You'd be surprised about the small things you either miss or dont take into consideration after you've been staring at...

👉Absolutely against it 100%. This is pretty much the issue with internet neutrality all over again. Why do artists get access and "other people don't"? I have the same issue with censuring LLM's like ChatGPT!!! If you ask it to perform a financial analysis it will say that it can't but if someone has the uncensored version, it will perform it for them!!!

👉 Open you calendar and book "quiet time" or simply "busy" for 2-3 hours on the days you need to get things done. That's how I've done it for years and it works just fine for me.

I'd say just check where you are selling. Is your business bound to specific geographic location (selling physical products locally) or are you selling on the web? Then simply google a description of your product + the geographical location (W Europe, E Erope, N America) and check if there are similar products. Plenty of common ways to do this without paying for any fancy tools! GL my dude
