Discovering new communities as a user, and running communities as a community builder
Hey all -
I'm really excited about our new project Stoop (https://www.producthunt.com/upcoming/stoop-1), and want to talk about community building technology in general with anyone.

Meta note: this is some copy I've been working with below. I'm not sure if it's best to take this slightly more negative angle, or just to focus on the positive of our solution.
We're also working on a re-brand.

I love this idea and product. Makes a ton of sense for software engineers, execs pitched by lots of vendors, etc. Fun anecdote... I earned $1.25's worth of bitcoin in January while testing Earn.com and it's now worth $12.31 haha

Love the new ProductHunt/Angelist jobs integration. Love a company's product? Why not work there. It makes total sense. LinkedIn needs competition on the jobs listing front because it can be pretty frustrating to use. Angelist is awesome but there ought to be more jobs on there IMHO, which hopefully this helps solve. Nice work.

Every recruiter knows that referrals are the way to the best new hires. It's like pulling teeth getting to them though. I mean, Google recruiters literally sit you down and interrogate you for every referral possibility as soon as you're in the door. It's that important. I hope this tool helps folks navigate that morass quickly and without friction.

I was employee #2 of a network of 10 co-living houses for entrepreneurs across the east coast. We failed and ive seen other attempts like Campus in SF fail. I think the scale here will help but there are a stack of problems unique to residential that I hope they can address!
