Which technology is best to use when starting a startup?

I was looking for a server to make a time to market for my SaaS product and I was hesitating to use the ks-6 from kimsufi (an OVH brand) I would be really happy to get some benchmark or feedback about this server and its capability. More accurately I will use cpu and ram and many connections but not a lot of hard disk memory

I'm a full technical guy and for 2 years with my coworker, we work on a recommendation engine for e-commerce powered by IA (https://zerecommender.com). Finally, it has been published on Shopify a few days ago (https://apps.shopify.com/zerecom...) and I am a bit confused about how to get my first users. Do you have some guidance or some content I can read to promote this kind of product?
