@cedfunches that's a great question. We need to continue to tell the story but on a national level. People want the control over their purchases and as long as they know there is a better option that puts them first, we think that we have an opportunity to solve this problem with the mass market.

Had no idea where my paperwork was or if the warranty was still good to use. I had a box with receipts in it but couldn't find the paperwork. A few days later I get a notice in the mail that the warranty was over and to get another one it would cost me a ton...
