I've suffered with migraines since I was 10 years old, maddening. Mine tend to trigger if I don't get a decent night's sleep, or if I'm dehydrated! I take Sumatriptan to combat them and that's worked for me so far, but otherwise if I suffer a bad attack, a cool, dark room to lay down in does wonders. I also used to use 4head headache stick and that helped a lot.

Have a structure in place for their internship, complete with tasks and deadlines, hours placed aside for learning/teaching/reading etc, and have regular catchups to make sure they're keeping pace and taking in the information.

Our product solves having to use multiple affiliate network dashboards at the same time by creating one place to manage them and create tracking links from. We're also unique in that the data we provide from tracking links doesn't just indicate a sale, but where it came from and what it was for, to a deep level.

I think it depends on the email - if it's obviously a copy and pasted thing that's gone out to hundreds of people, I immediately delete it. But if it's personalised, like it's had some research done behind it into you and your company, I at least give it the time of day.
