I am surely not your target audience, but the idea is a good one, though the background, that there's no real equality yet nor a harassment-free space for women, is great. And your design is amazing. Really. I fell in love with it. It's clean, it's friendly, breathing, and open-minded. It sets the focus on the content and this is what matters.

WaPo, Bloomberg and Wired are the ones I miss to read while having access to WSJ and NYT. So I strongly consider to sign up to Fread. It would be ideal for a news junkie like me.

I began with my profile and I agree on my personality's analysis. I already consider on how to apply this to colleagues. Pros: Helpful to handle your co-workers and keeping productivity high. Cons: UI could be user-friendlier.
