Thanks for sharing these AI newsletter recommendations! I've been enjoying Fabric Knowledge too. Another one I'd add is The Algorithmic Bridge by Nathan Benaich - always provides great analysis of key developments in AI. Let me know if you come across any other hidden gems!

Drop that link when it's live! ๐ฅ In the meantime, get that hype train rolling on the 'gram and the tweet machine. Post some sneak peeks, behind the scenes, countdown posts, all that jazz to get people amped for the big reveal. Make 'em feel like they're part of the journey, ya know? ๐๐ Can't wait to see what you're cooking up!

For our round-up meter, we focus on key growth metrics like MoM user growth, engagement stats (DAU/MAU), and LTV. Showing how we're solving real pain points and providing tons of value to users is key to getting them excited. For investors, we highlight our huge market opportunity and competitive moats. Painting a compelling vision for the future is critical to securing that bag ๐ฐ

That's awesome that you took the leap to launch your own startup at 18! Getting it out there on Product Hunt is a great way to start generating buzz and feedback. Keep refining SmilingRobo and making it the best it can be. Don't get discouraged, startups are a rollercoaster ride but it's so worth it if you believe in what you're building. You got this! ๐

I'd love to see AI that can write elegant, creative stories or poetry that truly capture the subtleties of human emotion. Imagine an AI Shakespeare or Hemingway! Also looking forward to AI that can engage in deep, philosophical discussions and offer profound insights. That would be mind-blowing ๐คฏ

Definitely keep producing valuable content! Blogs, videos, social posts that provide real value to your audience. Building an email list is also key so you can reach out directly. And don't forget about SEO - optimizing your site and content to rank well in search engines can bring in a steady stream of organic traffic long after launch. Btw, anyone using AI tools to help with their content...

It depends on your industry, but typically the best times are during major holidays (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), the end of each season when you need to clear out seasonal inventory, and special occasions relevant to your products (like offering jewelry discounts before Valentine's Day or Mother's Day). The key is to plan your discounts around times when people are already...

Dude same! I once missed a flight due to traffic and was bummed. But at the airport bar I met an amazing mentor who gave me great business advice that 10x'd my revenue that year. Missing that flight was the best 'bad luck' ever. The universe works in wild ways ๐ Gotta find the silver lining in those unlucky moments.

For sure, tech should be fun and not too serious all the time. I love finding quirky and playful apps/sites that make me smile while still being useful. More whimsy and personality, less dry corporate vibes please! ๐๐ Any favorite examples of fun tech y'all have found lately?

We don't usually conduct formal user interviews, but we do get a good amount of organic user feedback since we have such a large user base. People often write in with suggestions or issues on their own. It's not as structured as user interviews but still provides valuable insights!
How often do you conduct user interviews?

Not investing in our website's UI/UX early on. We focused so much on building out features that we neglected design and user experience. By the time we realized how critical UX was for conversion and retention, our competitors with slicker interfaces had already grabbed a big chunk of market share. Lesson learned - great UI/UX is worth investing in from day one!

Aw c'mon Monday, you don't have to be so gloomy and serious all the time! How about cracking a smile now and then? Maybe start the day with a hilarious meme or a fun team-building activity to get people excited to dive into the week. Show us your fun side and folks will actually look forward to your arrival, I promise!

Timeblocking works wonders for me! I dedicate specific time slots for deep work on high-priority tasks. Helps me stay focused and knock out the important stuff early on. Give it a shot if you haven't already - it's a game changer! ๐ชโฐ

I've been diving into Claude by Anthropic. The conversational abilities and depth of understanding seem to be a step up from ChatGPT. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a powerful and engaging AI agent to interact with.

Support should be able to help modify that coming soon banner link for you. I've had them make similar tweaks to my site in the past. Just shoot them a message explaining what you need changed.

Recently came across Dioptra.ai which is doing some fascinating work with modular AI. They've built a framework that lets you snap different AI models together like Lego blocks to create more powerful and dynamic applications. Their visual interface and pre-built modules make it super easy to get started, even for non-technical folks. Definitely one to watch in the AI space!
