I don't find anything as such, adaptation to make best use of something is what has helped civilization grow. if people didn't want engines, we'd not have vehicles and still be on bullockarts. When anything new takes over it feels hard to get out of what we are used to and it also feels scary. But using it make life simple and unlearn things to learn new is what helps.

Having different touch points across channels/mediums will help out.

Read and think of solution from user perspective.

SEO is what gets decided by users, not google. people show interest in something, google ranks it, so building creativity around what people want will most of times create balance with the SEO aspect.

The most common mistake I've seen is, people think with the mindset that "I'll send it to XYZX, so that I can get X at least", think more in-line with, "would I click this if I received it randomly in inbox if I was a target customer? would I click on CTA or fill this if I was in receivers shoes?" This perspective will allow to solve the fundamentals which most miss.
