We're re-launching this app with a few new updates, since it's been so successful over the years. More than half a million users have been finding each other with the WhereAreYou app this far.

I'm using it to build alarm, monitor, analytics and just fun interactive systems. I am part of the team working on it.

A very simple way of requesting someone's location temporarily without creeping them out. The person located doesn't need an app, which is why this is cross-platform capable. Also no location sharing without consent. And thirdly, it's momentarily. No tracking. Delivery services use it, car recovery, and even some rescue services (unofficially).
