I am random, as some days I am super productive, and others I am fighting against the waves. So. Many. Factors. Can't A/B test. Cry in shame. But on a serious note, I each person is unique and some days when you are on a 'roll' you have to, well, roll with it! Then other days learn to accept that it's not your day and use some time to relax. I just found that trying to create a ridged schedule...

There are so many awesome ways beyond dreaded daily Zoom meetings! We created, and have been using, a company channel in my firm. We initially kind of made it for ourselves to be honest, but it snowballed and so we made it public for our users too: https://www.fugo.ai/use-cases/company-channel

These days I feel the issue is more can your team dedicate to one/a few platform/s for their needs! I have worked with so many companies that are scattered across various platforms and nobody even knows where to log what anymore 😂

Depends on my long term plan and current circumstance - in the short term perhaps it would be better to be over-paid for doing minimal/no work as you can use the time to do a passion project, or seek a new opportunity whilst cashing in.
