Don't get discouraged. This is the reality of building any new business. Everyone who says it's 'easy' is trying to sell you something. It's hard. And that's a good thing - if it was easy everyone would do it and there would be no outsized returns to be made.

Biggest Problem - figuring out how to niche down and find the right audience/problem combo to focus on.We built a platform that can solve a ton of different problems for a really diverse group of businessesâbut thatâs actually made things harder, not easier. Choosing just one to start with feels like leaving a lot of opportunities on the table, but going too broad means weak positioning.

As an complete newbie to PH (literally made my account today), how long would you wait.... if at all before launching? We've had our product live since January and have been adding new features every week based on user feedback so I feel really confident in the product itself. I'm just not sure how to approach launching here with little to no existing audience. Any thoughts and pieces of advice...
