Hi Wilson, glad you are interested, and like the design! We worked very hard to make sure it looks as great as the cocktails it makes. Re. alcohol measurements, the machine has four "strength" settings, which allow you to have different amounts of alcohol in increments of 1 oz; so from 0 - 3 oz. Does that answer your question? If not, let me know and i'll take another stab at it.

Hey Ken, yes our capsules are recyclable! Since there are no leftover coffee grounds or filters after use, the capsules can be put directly into the recycle. Hope this helps!
