Customer service and return policy is a joke. They are way to expensive for what you get and they give you no help when something is wrong. Pros: It’s a nice idea but does not work!! Cons: Everything. It won’t stay on your wrist. It disconnects as it pleases. It is in sleep mode 98% of the time
