@chrismessina I agree that messaging as a platform makes sense because downloading and finding apps sucks. Ordering a cab while in a conversation with someone else seems plausible, but uncommon. It seems more natural just to send a Facebook Message to the Uber account saying "I need a car" or tapping a custom button. Ordering an Uber through a maps app seems like it would be more common than it...
