Is this considered a "Blackhat tactic"?

Hmm - I assume these makers don't know they're on Product Hunt... I sent them a message via their "Live Chat" over 30 minutes ago... and it says they typically reply back in "3 Hours". Curious, what is the point of having Live Chat enabled if no one is there to answer questions.
