One habit that has improved my personal and business life is setting clear boundaries. It helps me maintain focus and balance, ensuring that I stay productive at work while prioritizing my time and well-being.

When I wake up, I immediately try to remember if it's a weekday or a weekend. If it's a weekday, I groan dramatically. If it's the weekend, I celebrate by going back to sleep for ten more minutes... which turns into two hours:)))
