I need to re-build my MVP - Lesson learned. let's start again
I built a health tech app pretty much fast without ANY market validation, But only based on my experiences and assumptions, thinking all ends will just match up like magic! The scariest part is here! I conducted 3 user interviews while attending the YC startup school and it seems like my MVP has missed the most important part of the problem. Amazingly all through the development process, I kept avoiding the thought that I might be sliding out of topic. And my team kept sounding that alarm but... Lesson 1 Avoid pride even with yourself.
