I would love to know what you people are working on. Maybe I will find some excellent and exciting tools, SaaS, extensions, or productivity tools that I can share with my audience.

One thing that I was most worried about when leaving my job in consulting was whether or not my team was going to suffer in my absence. I was leaving behind files in many forms and locations, notes in multiple tools (some local to my computer), and to their dismay, I was taking my brain! To make sure I was leaving something impactful and useful behind, I created flowcharts in Visio of every project I had worked on in the past 12 months, the status of tasks, dependencies, and next steps. I pretty much wanted to tell a story of what has happened, was happening, and what should happen next. A couple weeks ago someone from the team called me and thanked me for leaving those charts behind. Question - has anyone done something similar? Is there a tool that you've used to accomplish this?

The great resignation has been underway for quite some time now. Before I left my last role as a consultant at a big form, I created story boards in Microsoft Visio to show where my projects stood and where I believe they should go. Has anyone done something similar before leaving a company?
