B12 has no clue how to set up a podcast website. Even with guidance (the theory of how it works), giving examples of other podcast websites they still cannot deliver on what they promised. They cannot do a simple embed to my podcast host site to this new website. They delivered a product with dead links. Once they launch the site you cannot contact them to get the problem fixed or your money...
