Arnold is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer and Product Owner who has been coding for more than a decade, developing everything from 3D games, desktop, mobile apps, backend and frontend systems to complex Microservices architectures. His day-to-day usually involves managing and coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and he is used to having up to 20 direct reports, without impeding his own duties. His proudest achievement is co-founding Softmogul, a successful fintech startup, in which he was the tech lead for all the stacks, managed DevOps, security, infrastructure as well as scalability and performance, while also being the sole Product Owner of all 9 products as well as the CTO of the company.
