What do everyday users actually want AI to do next?

Hey guys,
I've been thinking about this and wanted to get your take on it.

ChatGPT broke AI into the mainstream, but now that the novelty has worn off what are everyday (non-tech) users actually asking for?
When non-tech people think about AI are they wanting AI to handle their emails, manage their schedules or something completely different?
From the conversations I've had, it seems like most people use ChatGPT and see the potential but can't figure out how it fits into their actual routine. What I'm noticing is that people are really interested in AI solutions that can take over the stuff they find tedious, whether that's digital stuff like sorting through emails or physical tasks like household chores.
What are you hearing from non-tech users? What problems are they hoping AI will solve for them?
Looking forward to your thoughts!!

Loving Slack, but Really Missing Sub-Sub-Threads

Hey all,
Let me start by saying that I really enjoy using @Slack. Every day I use it, though, I find myself wishing I could create threads within sub-threads. Is this limitation intentional to encourage keeping conversations in the main thread or are there any plans to support one additional level of threading in the future?
For example, we're building a product called Mozart, an AI-powered digital audio workstation (DAW). We had a thread discussing the mixer component, and within that, someone started a sub-thread about how effects would be handled. I wanted to go even deeper and discuss one specific effect the reverb module but there was no clean way to do that without cluttering the entire sub-thread. I instead had to forward the message to the main chat and start another thread there. A sub-sub-thread would have allowed us to stay a bit more organised and focused without losing context.
Keen to get your thoughts on this :)) !

What's The Next Big Thing In Tech?

What's your bet on the next frontier? Everyone's still catching up with AI, but some interesting stuff is already happening.
Some areas where I see the world heading next are quantum computing, which is finally moving from lab experiments to actual commercial systems.
Brain-computer interfaces are another one. With the way Neuralink and other similar companies are heading, we may be more closer to reality than other people realise.
While everyone's obsessing over Agentic AI, some of the really wild breakthroughs might be happening in these corners of tech.
Looking forward to your thoughts!! :)
