Archbee user for a while. Systemization and ease of use make documentation and sharing knowledge easier. Re-usable content and templates are extremely useful. Would love to see some way to access the content snippets feature between the "scaling" and "enterprise" plans... perhaps an ala carte add-on?

Been using Juphy for about 4 months now. It is a real time saver. Additionally, it is very easy to use and others on the team pick it up very quickly. I really like the fact that they are committed to the future both in terms of UX but also in terms of exploring relevant platforms for addition to the unified inbox. All in all a great time saver.
