    How are you dealing with anxiety? Any tips? Case: it's your launch day, your product is 1st now but it's 20 hours leftπŸ€ͺ What I do: - take 5-minute break every hour (just go to the balcony and breathe) - listen to 'meditation music' on background - eat some delicious food (concentrating on the process is necessary) - give a hug to someone you love (partner/child/cat/dog/fish etc.) No...
